FuelFinder.ie is a free community platform that allows members of the public to submit and view fuel prices at petrol stations across Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). The service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

Prices on FuelFinder.ie are submitted by members of the public and are not verified by Conjora Limited. We make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price displayed.

You should always verify prices at the pump before making purchasing decisions. Conjora Limited accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on prices displayed on this site.

By submitting a price to FuelFinder.ie, you confirm that:

• The price you are submitting is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• You observed the price at the stated station at the time of submission.

• You are not submitting false, misleading, or manipulated prices.

• You are not acting on behalf of any fuel retailer with intent to manipulate displayed prices.

We reserve the right to remove any submission we believe to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith, without notice.

You must not use FuelFinder.ie to:

• Submit false or fabricated fuel prices.

• Systematically submit prices to manipulate averages or rankings.

• Scrape, harvest, or copy price data for commercial use without our written consent.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the platform.

• Use automated bots or scripts to submit prices or make requests.

Violation of these terms may result in your access being blocked and, where appropriate, legal action.

The FuelFinder.ie name, logo, design, and code are the property of Conjora Limited. Station data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and is used under the Open Database Licence (ODbL). User-submitted price data is owned by the submitting user but you grant Conjora Limited a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display and use that data on this platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Conjora Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracy in fuel prices displayed on the site.

• Any loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from use of the service.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use FuelFinder.ie.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

FuelFinder.ie uses third-party services including OpenStreetMap, Supabase, and Vercel. Links to external sites (e.g. Google Maps, Apple Maps) are provided for convenience. Conjora Limited is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.

We aim to keep FuelFinder.ie available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice for maintenance, updates, or any other reason.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from use of FuelFinder.ie shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
